3. User Accounts and Conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Use the site only for lawful purposes related to seeking or offering employment.
- Refrain from uploading fraudulent documents (e.g., fake degrees or certifications).
- Avoid any behavior that disrupts the site’s functionality, such as spamming or data scraping.
4. Verification and Background Checks
While TeachVietnam may perform preliminary screenings, schools are ultimately responsible for conducting their own due diligence, background checks, and degree verification. Conversely, teachers are encouraged to research schools independently before signing contracts.

All content on this site—including logos, text, graphics, and software—is the property of TeachVietnam or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of this site without our written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeachVietnam shall not be liable for:
- Any disputes, contract breaches, or safety issues arising between a teacher and a school.
- Issues related to visa denials or changes in Vietnamese immigration policy.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct that harms the TeachVietnam community.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
